The United States holds a special place in my photographic journey.
It is a land of immense contrasts, where the scale of the landscapes transforms the perception of time and space. From silent deserts to cities shaped by light, from endless roads to almost unreal horizons, each place seems to carry its own distinct intensity.
This collection explores major American cities through their light, architecture, and singular atmospheres. Created throughout my travels, these photographs capture urban fragments where movement, solitude, and contemplation intersect. From neon-lit avenues to silent facades at daybreak, each image seeks to reveal a presence rather than simply document a place.
American cities possess a deeply striking visual identity. A constant tension between immensity and intimacy, agitation and silence. Beneath the energy of the streets and the verticality of the architecture often exist suspended, almost cinematic moments where light transforms the urban landscape.
Through this series, I explore the textures of the city, contrasts of light, reflections, perspectives, and the traces of human presence left within the landscape. Each photograph becomes a way of slowing the gaze within environments that are usually crossed too quickly.
This collection offers a contemplative perspective on American urban landscapes.
An exploration of light, rhythm, and the quiet poetry emerging from concrete, glass, and time.
