Each order is carefully prepared to preserve the quality of the photographic artworks and ensure a shipping experience that is reliable, secure, and fully aligned with our artistic approach.

 

Preparation Times

 

Each artwork is produced to order.

Preparation times generally range from 2 to 10 business days depending on:

- the selected format  
- the type of paper chosen  
- the current order volume  
- peak activity periods  

Museum-grade fine art editions and certain large formats may require additional production time.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email including tracking information will be sent to you.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Canada  
Standard shipping: 2 to 7 business days

United States  
Standard shipping: 4 to 10 business days

France  
Standard shipping: 5 to 12 business days

Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

- the destination  
- the artwork format  
- the type of product ordered  
- the shipping carrier used  

Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

 

When tracking information is available, it is automatically sent by email after shipment.

Tracking allows you to monitor the progress of the delivery directly through the shipping carrier.

 

Packaging & Protection

 

Each artwork is carefully protected to minimize risks during transport.

Depending on the format ordered, artworks may be shipped:

- flat in a rigid protective package  
- in a reinforced protective tube  
- in specialized packaging for large formats  

Particular attention is given to both presentation quality and the protection of fine art prints.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

To help us process your request, please include:

- your order number  
- photographs of the packaging  
- photographs of the affected artwork  

Each situation is reviewed individually in order to determine an appropriate solution.

 

Shipping Address

 

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.

 

Import Duties & Customs
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and local taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
